Ms. Aziza Khatri, who is a lawyer, having qualified as an Advocate from the University of Mumbai in 1990 and as a Solicitor from the Bombay Incorporated Law Society in 1996. Ms Aziza Khatri was previously a Partner at M/s. Hariani and Company, Advocates, and Solicitors in Mumbai, India and also part of Mulla and Mulla & Cragie Blunt and Caroe and Amarchand Mangaldas, New Delhi.
Mrs. Kinjal Chheda, a graduate from the University of Mumbai, handles all the real estate work. She previously worked with various boutique law firms and has handled real estate assignments of several builders/developers. She has conducted due diligence of properties spread across India for several national corporations and domestic clients.
Ms. Diksha Shetty, a graduate from Karnataka State Law University, has an experience of over 3 years in advising and representing various clients before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Hon’ble City Civil Court, Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Arbitral Tribunals and various other tribunals. Ms. Shetty also excels in pre-litigation advisory and strategy. Ms. Shetty was previously a part of Mulla and Mulla & Cragie Blunt and Caroe, Mumbai and another renowned law firm.
Mr. Ashish Jha, a graduate from University of Mumbai, has experience in advising and representing clients before Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Sessions Court, National Company Law Tribunal and other tribunals.
Mr. Jay Gandhi has completed his LL.B from University of Mumbai. He has experience in real estate transactions and matters related to Companies Act, 2013 and Income Tax Act, 1961. He has also completed his IPCC from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, wherein he worked on advisory, tax and audit matters.
A graduate from Savitribai Phule Pune University, with over 2 years of experience in representing clients across various courts including Bombay High Court at Bombay, Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, City Civil & Sessions Court, Small Causes Court, Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, and various tribunals across Maharashtra. Mr. Deshmukh has gained substantial experience whilst handling complex matters with regards to Civil Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Laws, Commercial Laws and other related laws.
