Ms. Aziza Khatri, who is a lawyer, having qualified as an Advocate from the University of Mumbai in 1990 and as a Solicitor from the Bombay Incorporated Law Society in 1996. Ms Aziza Khatri was previously a Partner at M/s. Hariani and Company, Advocates, and Solicitors in Mumbai, India and also part of Mulla and Mulla & Cragie Blunt and Caroe and Amarchand Mangaldas, New Delhi.
Diksha Shetty

Ms. Diksha Shetty, a graduate from Karnataka State Law University, has an experience of over 5 years in advising and representing various clients before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Hon’ble City Civil Court, Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Arbitral Tribunals and various other tribunals. Ms. Shetty also excels in pre-litigation advisory and strategy. Ms. Shetty was previously a part of Mulla and Mulla & Cragie Blunt and Caroe, Mumbai and another renowned law firm.
Jay Gandhi

Mr. Jay Gandhi has completed his LL.B from University of Mumbai. He has experience in real estate transactions and matters related to Companies Act, 2013 and Income Tax Act, 1961. He has also completed his IPCC from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, wherein he worked on advisory, tax and audit matters.
Ashutosh Hasija
Mr. Ashutosh Hasija has over three years of experience as a litigator practicing before The Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Hon’ble City Civil, Sessions Court and other courts and tribunals across Mumbai. Graduated in 2020 from University of Mumbai, in the course of his practice, he has gained valuable experience in various areas of law, including Dispute Resolution, General & Commercial Laws, Testamentary, Real Estate etc.
Hajra Siddiqui
Ms. Hajra Siddiqui, a 2023 graduate from the University of Mumbai, is a skilled lawyer specializing in real estate transactions. With valuable experience in banking, corporate law, and civil litigation gained from previous law firms, she brings a comprehensive legal background to her practice. Ms. Siddiqui excels in conducting due diligence for properties across India and drafting documents related to real estate transactions.
Darlet Lasrado
Ms. Darlet Lasrado has completed her LL.B. from the University of Mumbai in the year 2023. Ms. Lasrado has experience in conducting legal due diligence and drafting documents for real estate transactions. She has assisted in multiple transactions for conveyance of lands and also excels in drafting other private documents such as Wills, Service Agreements, etc.
